Sister Session

Last Saturday, my cousins came over and we had a photoshoot at the park! I absolutely love how the pictures turned out! They were awesome!

Left: Rachel, Right: Becca. They are sisters.

Haha, that's kinda awkward, but really cute.

Oh my goodness! The leaf is in focus and Becca isn't! I love it!

 I love that picture!

 Aww!

It was a really windy day, but absolutely beautiful!

Those white specks? That would be snow!

They both wore scarves with Columbia sweatshirts! :D

And then my brother ruined the picture! Haha!

They took a few of me, but I was always looking weird.

Sun flare!! The sun was awesome! Golden light!

We are all kids sometimes, right?

They are SO cute, aren't they!?!

I am very proud of that picture. I posted it on my photography blog. I love how my brother is in focus, but my cousin isn't. :)

I took a TON more, but those are a few that I edited and like.

Do you have a favorite? I like them all!

The Day has Passed

Yesterday was the day.

The day I was{supposed} to be done reading the Bible.

Yes, I'm a little sad, because it's always fun to say you've read the Bible in one year.

But I've come to realize something.

It's not how long it takes you to read the Bible that matters. It's the fact that you are reading the Bible.

I may not be done reading the Bible, but I'm perfectly content with that.

Have you read the whole Bible?

Candy Cane Madness

Last weekend, I took a bunch of pictures of a candy cane and my Bible. It was really fun!

Sorry for the photo dump! I really like how they turned out and I hope you do too!

Have a great Friday and a fantastic weekend!

By Your Side

"By Your Side" by Tenth Avenue North

Do you ever feel alone? Out of place? Like no one is there for you or by you?

I'm sure we've all felt like that before. We feel hopeless. We feel overpowered. We are lonely.

We don't have to feel like that though, because God is there by our side every step of the way, just as Deuteronomy 31:6 says, "Be brave and strong!  Don't be afraid of the nations on the other side of the Jordan.  The Lord your God will always be at your side, and he will never abandon you."

God will never abandon you! We don't have to be afraid anymore. We can have courage in our life knowing that God will never leave us.

"I am the Lord your God.  I am holding your hand, so don't be afraid.  I am here to help you."
Isaiah 41:13

Here that? He is holding our hand. He here to help us. We need not to be afraid.

"Angel By Your Side" by Francesca Battistelli

I absolutely love that song and I hope it brings you comfort. Would you please pray with me?

Dear God,
Thank you for always holding me in Your hand. I panic and get scared a lot. Lord, help me get over those little fears knowing that you are there by my side. Amen!

Happy Sunday!

Hello Friends! :)

I hope you all have been having an amazing week! Sadly, I had to go back to school on Tuesday, but it's nice to know that I'm actually doing something in my life instead of sitting around. :P

Anyways, I wanted to introduce you to my new photography blog. I want it to be like a 365 (or 366) blog, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it that far, so for now, I'm just posting a picture every day! I hope you all go check it out because I will be trying to post on there a lot.

A Day at Cousin's

Last week sometime, my family I went over to my cousin's house. We had a nice, fancy dinner, and then the games began!
Everybody meet Eva! Eva is my age and I absolutely love hanging out with her when I can. Unfortunately, we live 45 minutes away, which of course is better than 7 hours. So after dinner we took out Rock Band. It was really fun.

That's my brother Luke rocking out singing "Eye of the Tiger" or otherwise known as "Eye of the Tigger." I recorded some of it, and I might put it up on my blog later.

That's my cousin Connor and their dog Butterscotch. I call them "Curly Couple." Haha, I just made that up. But they both have really curly hair.

And there's my mom!

After a while, my cousin and I got bored, so we went up to her room and made some really hilarious videos. I'll have to post those sometime too! Let's just say, she a really good actress!
Then the boys got bored and came upstairs and started bugging us, so we decided to have a nerf war. And lets just say, we go all out. Each team made huge forts. The boys were on a team and the girls were on a team. We played that you just keep going if you get hit. It was a ton of fun!

My brother and I stayed the night and the next day the girls all went to the Mall of America. For the past couple of years, we all go out together and get clothes. I'll post pictures of what I got when I can!

P.S. Do you like the new design?
